Of course "everyone" can be summed up by "Mom" and "random person in Romania" according to Google's tracking statistics, but hey, I'll soldier on just because. So what have I done since the beginning of August?


I enjoyed the whole month in the state of Vermont, a welcome change! The last couple of days were spent in Arkansas (not a vacation destination I'm afraid).
 
So how does one enjoy an entire month of the Green Mountain State?

Pig Roast!!
 
Once you start the carving process, it's best to just keep hammering through. Surprisingly there were very few YouTube videos on how to carve an entire roast pig. Sampling of choicest swine meat locations: Tongue, ear, cheek, the backfat bacon.. I'm going to stop here because you are either a) disgusted or b) drooling on your keyboard.
 
Sorry I don't have more details on August, it was a fun month, maybe I'll do better with the September update.
